Biomedical Research
 Collaboration among Engineering, Medicine, and Physics
faculty offers exciting opportunities for biomedical research advances at
UT. The extensive experience and capabilities of the CLA in the
applications of lasers, optics, imaging, and computational modeling
provide a foundation for achieving prominence for UT in specific and
important areas of biomedical research and applications. The focus areas
selected for this proposed collaboration build on the expertise of
CLA/Tullahoma and University of Tennessee Health Science Center, and represent topics for which collaboration has
already been initiated.
